Shipping starts at $4.95 and is based on the weight of the total shipment. Items shipped from our store use USPS priority mail. USPS packaging products have been awarded Cradle to Cradle Certification for their ecologically-intelligent design.
Earth friendly packaging
We use recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging. We also try to re-use shipping boxes sent by our suppliers and whenever possible we use drop-shipping options from our suppliers. This reduces our carbon footprint by eliminating shipping items to us to wait for future shipments to you!
Sending a gift?
We will wrap your items in a rich dark chocolate 100% recycled Kraft gift box topped with eco-friendly seafoam raffia ribbon and gift card with your personal message.
To gift box an item select the gift box option on the item's order page. When you Check Out enter your gift message and any special instructions you have.
If you enter a gift message we will provide a gift card with your message for your recipient at no extra charge.
A special gift order packing slip is used for gifts which does not include the price of the items. If the recipient needs to return an item we will send them a gift certificate for the amount of the return.
If you would like us to place multiple items in a single gift box, select the gift box option on the items you would like gift boxed and then provide instructions on the Check Out page on which items you would like boxed together (we will adjust your order and only charge for gift boxes used). Feel free to call and tell us any other special instructions.
30 Day Return Policy
If you received a damaged or defective product, please return the product with a copy of the packing slip to Natural Luxe, 5733 Connor Blvd, Charlotte NC 28226. Please write the reason for the return on the packing slip. You will receive a refund for the product and shipping return costs to your credit card, and/or process an exchange if necessary.
We are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If you would like to return your product for any reason other than a defect or damage, please do so within 30 days of receipt. Simply send the unused product to Natural Luxe, 5733 Connor Blvd, Charlotte NC 28226.
Once we receive your returned product in unused condition, we will refund the original purchase price back to your credit card.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
